As demand for youth training continues to grow, SYSC is working to expand its programs, deepen impact and build on recent advocacy successes, including agreement from the Nyeri County government to consider a policy requiring youth employment as part of all infrastructure contracts.

Our Impact

Priorities for 2025 – 2030 include:

  • Securing more tools and equipment to serve additional trainees

  • Strengthening post-training supports, including digital literacy and entrepreneurship coaching

  • Expanding our female mentorship network to meet growing interest among young women.Advocating for greater youth inclusion in Kenya’s infrastructure and economic development strategies.
