As demand for youth training continues to grow, SYSC is working to expand its programs and deepen impact and build on recent advocacy successes, including securing an agreement from the Nyeri County government to require youth employment as part of all infrastructure contracts.
Priorities for 2025 – 2030 include:
-
Securing more tools and equipment to serve additional trainees
-
Strengthening post-training supports, including digital literacy and entrepreneurship coaching
-
Expanding our female mentorship network to meet growing interest among young women.Advocating for greater youth inclusion in Kenya’s infrastructure and economic development strategies.
Together with youth, our partners and supporters, SYSC will continue to transform lives and strengthen communities.
